With almost 2 decades of experience as a licensed massage therapist, Adrienne offers a nurturing and intuitive approach to healing. Her work includes reiki, craniosacral, acupressure, and crystal/stone medicine to support her clients in deep relaxation, energetic alignment, and a renewed connection to their personal power.  Guided by a thorough understanding of the chakra system, Adrienne creates a calm, sacred space where clients can receive, reconnect to themselves, and experience meaningful restoration. Using her knowledge of the chakra system she creates a soothing environment for her yoga and meditation classes.
