Personalized Plans, Weekly Check-ins, Low Impact 1-on-1 Personal Training Sessions with a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer

Personal Training Tailored to You

Everyone's fitness journey is different. A one-size-fits-all fitness plan is impractical and impersonal and will most likely not work for you. By working with a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine)-certified Personal Trainer, a holistic approach will be taken to understand who you are and what your goals are. Together, we will come up with a personalized plan to achieve your fitness goals. 

Initial Assessment Session

60 Minutes | $60

The initial assessment session is a chance to meet with Denise to discuss your fitness goals, program expectations, and get to know each other. You will also receive a welcome packet and go over the app experience together. Finally, we will do a movement and postural screening.

This required session can be done in person or virtually. After this session, all other sessions may also be completed at our office or at home.​​

All Training Sessions Include:

  • Visit our office for low-impact workouts, including resistance bands, foam rolling, dumbbells, and kettle bells

  • Monthly reassessment of goals and examine progress

  • Weekly check-ins and questions answered via text or phone call 

  • Flexibility of online sessions with Denise

  • Track progress in a dedicated fitness app

  • Personalized sessions
