Meet Denise Eimerman, a licensed massage therapist and a certified personal trainer through NASM.
​In June 2022 we rebranded and Core Massage and Wellness was created. We chose this name because all of our chronic pain comes from our core. Core Massage and Wellness is a treatment based massage. We listen to our clients and target the problem that our client's are facing so they can get back to doing the things they love. We customize our sessions to our clients so they can meet their health and fitness goals.

Denise is a certified personal trainer through NASM and is currently working on her Nutrition Coaching Certification through NASM. Her journey led her to deepen her understanding by obtaining her personal training certification, allowing her to help her client's with their health and fitness goals
​
With her massage therapy background Denise has learned that health and fitness is a constant journey and there is room for improvement. Her main focus is to help with her client's well-being. She finds inspiration in helping client's who experience chronic pain or who want to achieve life changing results.

Denise is originally from Des Plaines, Illinois and currently lives in Lebanon with her husband and 3 beagles Annie, Danny and Star (starburst) In 2014 Denise graduated from Cortiva Massage School in Crystal Lake, Illinois. Denise has a passion to help her clients and is very grateful that she is able to help the residents of Wilson County. When she is not helping her clients, Denise enjoys doing her own strength training in order to hike one of Tennessee State Parks or hiking a section of the Appalachian Trail.

THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE
Designed to remove severe tension, a therapeutic massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and breaks up scar tissue below the surface, relieve chronic pain, and aid in muscle healing that can cause headaches, shoulder aches, and backaches, sciatic nerve impingement, carpal tunnel syndrome, frozen shoulder, neck pain, improve sleep, anxiety and promotes a sense of well being.

CUPPING
Cupping therapy involves a vacuum being applied at the skin's surface for a therapeutic affect. Skin, muscle, and connective tissue is forced into the cup by creating a vacuum or negative pressure inside the cup. The vacuum is created by removing air from the cup using a pneumatic pump. Benefits include: remove toxins, improve circulation and blood flow, and heals muscles, ligaments, and tendons faster.

MEDI-CUPPING
FACIAL CUPPING
Medi-Cupping®, also known as vacuum therapy, is relatively new to the massage therapy world.
Glass cups are applied to different areas of the body to increase circulation, release restrictions and scars, soften fascia and connective tissue, and increase lymphatic flow. These cups are attached to a machine where the degree of pull on the cups is easily controlled to the clients comfort level, as well as the desired healing intention for the session.

LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE THERAPY + MEDI-CUPPING
Lymphatic Drainage is a very gentle light massage that helps to direct lymphatic fluid towards the lymph nodes. The lymphatic system is part of your immune system and cleans toxins, proteins, cancer cells, viruses, and dead cells about 20 times faster than the body is able to do on it's own.
