Foam Rolling & Mobility Class
Service Description
This is a 30 minute class in our Mt Juliet Office All levels welcome Using a yoga mat, foam rollers and lacrosse balls we use myofascial massage techniques to roll out those sore achy muscles. We will start and end the session with some stretching muscles to help warm up the muscles and to allow the muscles to recover. Benefits of Foam Rolling: Increase mobility & Flexibility Reduce muscle soreness Pain Relief Injury Prevention Increase Blood Flow Reduce and eliminate chronic pain Enhance athletic performance Please bring a yoga mat, foam roller, lacrosse ball and a water bottle to class. If you don't have a foam roller or lacrosse ball give us a call at 615-689-7513, we have a couple of extra in our office you may purchase.
